Mobile Ear products come with a one year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime service guarantee. Under our one year parts and labor warranty, if your purchase from Mobile Ear is defective or breaks, we will be repair or replace the needed parts at no cost to you for one year after purchase. No questions asked.
After that first year, your Mobile Ear purchase is covered by our lifetime service guarantee. For as long as you own Mobile Ear, we promise to repair your Mobile Ear for $35, replace your Mobile Ear Receivers with a new set for $59, or replace your entire system for $99.
Note: Date and proof of purchase will be required before warranty work can be completed.
Warning: Do not tamper with internal parts. Never submerge Mobile Ear parts in water or expose to direct sunlight.

Mobile Ear products are covered against defects in material or workmanship for one year after purchase. During that period, Mobile Ear will replace or repair any parts at no charge if defective. The warranty does not cover the battery, ear tips, set up adjustments or signal reception problems. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident or misuse. All warranties are void if repair is attempted by someone other than Mobile Ear, Inc.

Mobile Ear uses a safe, 95 KHz infrared wireless technology to transmit sound from one of the smallest Transmitters available today to your Mobile Ear Receivers (one Receiver for each ear).

Yes, several people with their own Receiver can listen to one Transmitter at once. Each person is also able to adjust their Receiver volume to suit their personal hearing needs.
Do not use Mobile Ear under direct sunlight or close to fluorescent lamps. Operation under direct sunlight and near strong fluorescent light may cause static.
Yes. Because Mobile Ear’s adaptor is a DC adaptor, it can be used anywhere in the world without a converter. You may need to find an adaptor depending on the prong shape used in the country you plan to travel to.
